RTGS: Unlike NEFT, RTGS transfers have a minimum limit. This means that only transfers above 200,000 rupees can be made using Real-time Gross Settlement.

For NEFT transfer:
The service Charges on the NEFT transactions are advised by the Reserve Bank of India. They are:
- Rs.1 to (less than) Rs.1 lakh : Rs.5/- per transaction.
- Rs.1 lakh and above: Rs.25/- per transaction.
For RTGS transfer:
Certain service Charges on RTGS transfer as per RBI’s guidelines as well, they are:
- Rs.1 for (less than) Rs. 5 lakhs : Rs.25/- per transaction
- Rs.5 lakhs and above: Rs.50/- per transaction
