On the 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays of the month the branch Timings are again between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Punjab National Bank is closed on the 2nd Saturday, 4th Saturday, Sundays, and on the other national holiday of the month.

I visited PNB in Vijayant Khand in Lucknow, no crowd in the bank, I was alone in a queue for a deposit but it taken 10 minutes to deposit my cash. The cashier/teller was busy in doing some personal job, not even interested to see the customer standing in row. Unluckily I have my saving account in this branch, the services of Govt Bank are always unsatisfactory.
