Karnataka Bank offers a Balance Enquiry & Mini statement facility to its customers. The mini statement is a mini version of the passbook. This doesn’t require the customers to visit the bank in person and get the entire passbook printed. One can view the last 5 transactions made using the account.

To check the Karnataka bank balance and mini statement, one need not visit the bank in person for they can get it by leaving a missed call. To avail of this facility, the person has to register his mobile number with the bank. The bank registers your mobile number at the time of opening the account. One can also visit the bank in person and get the mobile number registered by filling in an application form given to the customers at the bank. The bank sends a confirmation message to the users.
The user needs to leave a missed call to the number 1800 425 1445 from their registered mobile number. The call gets cut after a few rings and one can get to see the balance via SMS.
You just need to leave a missed call on 1800-453-1446 number from your registered mobile number. The call will be cut after 2 rings then, you will receive an SMS alert of your last 5 transactions.

The Karnataka Bank allows its user to check the balance and mini statement via the SMS method. One needs to follow the procedure mentioned above to register a mobile number with the bank.
To check the balance via SMS, one needs to send in the SMS in the following format
- BAL<space><Account Number/Account Nick Name>
- The number to which you need to send the message is 9880654321
For the mini statement via SMS, one needs to send in SMS in the following format
- TRN [space] account number/account nick name
- The number to which you need to send the message is 988065432
