Sir/Ma’am
I write to you with utmost regret the apathy and carelessness of your staff at CBI, Lalpur Branch, Ranchi (IFSC Code CBINO280079).
My father Shri Radhey Shyam Choubey, aged 80 yrs, has his pension account at this Branch.
He submitted his Life Certificate in person in Nov 2020 (despite being ill with many age-related ailments including diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid to name a few). However, the same seems to have not been updated in your system and he has not received his pension for the month of Mar and Apr 21.
This is not the first time. In Nov 2019, I personally took the pensioner to the Branch. The lady in charge would not leave the phone for full 30 mins chatting with a friend. When I objected to it, she made a scene. The Manager calmed me down but again the Life Certificate was not updated and my father did not get his pension for two months in 2020.
At the outset, I must also admit that I found out the no. of Mr. Pawan and spoke to him. He was considerate and assured us of quick action.
May I request you to kindly look into the matter and instill some compassion in the staff at your Lalpur Branch?
Warm regards
Manoj Choubey
Son of Shri Radhey Shyam Choubey
